I believe that our inner world defines our outer world and what we experience. I use meditation as a lab to make internal shifts then see how they’re expressed in the outer world. If meditation is the lightning, our experiences are the thunder! Can Body Language SAVE YOUR LIFE?

In a word: YES.

The crimes women fear the most are the least likely–that said, those fears can impact your life negatively and deserve to be addressed. Understanding how your fears (from your animal brain) influence your posture (your animal body) without you even knowing it’s happening is the first step to coming to your own rescue and living in your power every day!
